Description

Just a typical backyard that I wanted to offer for the surrounding community to enjoy if need be! We have grocery bags for dog poop and you can throw them away in the black trash can at the bottom of the driveway on your way out!

Water & electric near the 1 car garage door just go up the stairway at driveway. Extra pup supplies can be found in plastic tote under wooden bench near garden area. Umbrellas are available for shade. We have some amazing sunrise and sunset views of Douglas Lake and the Smoky Mountains. Thank you for your visit! 😊👍

Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In an effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but some areas are grown up (typically in the back and/or along the perimeter) - Security system camera is present
