Description

We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

• Please clean up after your dog. We provide a poop scooper and compost dog waste. Compost is located in orange barrel in lower landscaped bed. • Please discourage your dog from digging. If your dog does dig a whole in our yard please patch it up the best that you can as to prevent hazards to other dogs and people who use the space. • Please keep your dog out of our landscaped beds. • Please respect our home and space! We love dogs and our dogs have never been a fan of dog parks, so we understand the desire for a private space. We are happy to provide a yard for your dog to run and play, but please be respectful!

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge in Warner, NH bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs!
