Host Rules
Feel free to use the picnic table on the patio of the barndominuim. The hose is available and baby pool for your dog. With notice we are happy to provide water and a private bathroom for people (prefer no dogs inside the barndo. There is one in the barn but we will need to leave it unlocked for you.

1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Waxhaw
Lots of sniffs here as five dogs live on property, horses are along back fence and deer are always meandering around. You can park at the gate, in the driveway; no one will be coming or leaving while you are here. Enter through the small gate to the left, next to the column. This property is the front yard. It is very quiet most of the time, but it is a neighborhood, so you might be here when neighbors are doing yard work. Three things: -I have horses (Oliver and Tot - you will know which one is Tot!), your dogs will most probably bark their heads off! Not a problem, they are pretty much bark proof. -I have five dogs. They will never be outside, ever. However, you may hear them barking. I am always here and will quiet them down as best I can. -fire ants. I do not use chemicals on the lawn, so I “spot” treat the mounds. I use a white ant treatment so you can easily identify. Be mindful of them, and be careful of any I may have missed.
