The yard is equipped with chairs, a table, kids' toys, a trampoline, and even a water hose/sprinkler/wading pool for water fun! What's Included: Completely fenced yard Lake access (recall is essential) Swampy in summer — perfect for a muddy adventure! Nearby bike path visible at the gate Neighbor's dog sometimes audible, but generally quiet area Outdoor hose and water available during the summer months Tables, trampoline, and fire pit (feel free to use!) Josh & Christie's 5 Acre Open Park & 1/3 mile hiking path.

Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

The yard features a covered pavilion, a small decorative pond, a hose, and fruit trees. There is a lot to get your pup’s sniffer going- plenty of wild animals grace our spot and provide endless nose enrichment. The yard is perfect for fetch, too! We also provide another ~2 acres of non-fenced in trail/walking path into the wilderness behind the yard. Here you can walk your pet for a real nature experience. You will see fresh deer tracks, berries, rabbits, and plenty to enjoy. Welcome to Sun Creek Farm, an all natural, Pollinator friendly wildlife area. We have over 30 acres of natural, unfenced area for you and your dogs to walk and play. We have just over a mile of natural walking paths including grassy areas, open fields and wooded spaces. We have a couple different seating areas and lots of spots with shade. We do have a natural, untreated pond and shallow creek on property. Our property We love all dogs, but please only allow, well mannered, well trained, recall ready dogs off leash.
