Easy access with off street parking available. BBQ grill, deck, seating, fire pit and children's play area available.

Extras

BBQ grill without propane$10

Standard size propane grill uses propane gas not included. Renter responsible for cleaning before/after use.

Fire pit$10

Small metal fire pit on deck. Does not include fire wood, matches, starting fluid etc. Renter responsible for providing their own material and making sure fire is safely extinguished when done with use. Water is available to extinguish.

Fire pit with firewood$20

Small fire pit on deck with firewood ready to burn. Does not include matches or starting fluid.

The dogs just love it. Dottie says so. Enjoy. WOOF. Please go to Elliott Ct. There’s signs. Take it to end of cul d sac. Take only gravel drive. Go through gate and park by cones.
