Hazards

HOST NOTE

Any woods or uneven land can be a hazard. Bees nests have been sighted in warmer weather so keep your pups away from those areas. Raspberry and blackberry bushes can scratch people and dogs. There is an area fenced off with wire and plastic fencing that has poison ivy and some sharp items remaining from the original farmer that could be dangerous. Please keep your dogs from jumping the 4 foot plastic fence or tearing a hole in it to access this area.

If you haven't filled out a profile, do it now! THIS FIRST PARAGRAPH IS IMPORTANT. We need to be able to communicate before, during and after your visit! Additionally, this spot is DRUG, ALCOHOL and TOBACCO FREE. No RVs please! No more than 3 humans per dog with a maximum of 6 humans without prior approval. 2 adults per child please. This is a safety requirement as one adult may have problems supervision a child and a dog/dogs. Please feel free to contact me with questions. Please put BAGGED poop in trash can by the entry gate. Should you need cleanup supplies they are under the shelter. If you see some poop that was missed by the previous guest, pay it forward and pick it up. It could be you next time that doesn't see what your dog is doing because it's a large property! Please be aware that occasionally you may hear farm equipment on land or the road, lawn mowers, leaf blowers or target shooting practice in the distance. Thanks!
