{Rules,"1. Vaccines Required for Dog Entry a. Bordetella b. Rabies c. Distemper 2. Neutered or Spayed All dogs 12 months and up must be neutered or spayed. Dogs younger than 4 months are not allowed at this time. 3. Dogs Must be Social We ask that all dogs entering the facility are socialized for group play. We do not have breed restrictions. 4. Collars All dogs must have a collar on, preferably with a name ID. Prong collars are prohibited once off-leash, but training collars are allowed at your own discretion. 5. 21+ Venue All guests that enter must be 21 and up and provide a valid ID. Sorry, no children or infants allowed. No exceptions. 6. Your Responsibility You’re responsible for your dogs behavior, actions, safety and any injury that may occur. Please help keep our facility clean by cleaning up after your dog(s). 7. Day Pass or Membership Your dog(s) must have a day pass or membership to enter. Humans are always free to enter the facility. We have a 2 dog per 1 human limit. If you are bringing more than 2 dogs, you must have another person with you. 8. Facility Rules If you need to leave, your dog(s) need to go with you. We do not offer daycare services. Help keep our yard clean by disposing of trash and recyclables. 9. No Smoking or Vaping We want to keep our facility as safe as possible for all dogs and guests that enter. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the facility or outdoor yard.

Megan's 0.75 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Avoca
I have about .75 fenced acres up by my house that my personal dogs use, but is also available to rent. This area is fully fenced and has some great digging spots according to my dogs. I also have about an acre and a half available for rent that IS NOT FENCED. This spot is ideal for high energy breeds with great recall already established. There are a few trees in the field to provide shade, but the rest is wide open. There is also an apple tree in the field that guests are more than welcome to pick from during season (September- early October). These make great dog treats as well, as long as they are not eating copious amounts and eating the seeds.
