Flat property, directly next to a 20+ acre farm field with beautiful views. If you prefer not to walk the trails, my mowed lawn is plenty large enough for fetch and sniffing. Dog toys included. My two dogs are friendly and love to play (9yr and 9months old) but for dogs with reactivity or fear aggression, my dogs have a sunroom which is not visible or audible in any area that you will be with your dog(s) to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.
