Description

This area is meant for larger dogs that no one else wants on their property. I wanted to cater the bulldogs and larger shepherds. The fence is 5 feet tall on 4 inch diameter poles with fresh running water and a pond the house if I have a electrical spools and larger poles that they can play with.

From time to time there may be neighbors in their yard. I can help facilitate a time if you have a super reactive dog where it limits people around otherwise the fence is 5 feet high 4 inch diameter poles with a 6 foot gate.

Please keep (dogs) on leash until they are safely behind the gate. Once the gate is latched behind you, the dogs are free to run. The area is perfectly secure, but please control your animals until you get them inside the protected area.

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW in July: We just added a small pool under the water park sprinkler play feature - perfect for beating the summer heat! Also, we added a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! 3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
