Lovely and peaceful farm homesteadish property, fully fenced yard. Perfect for dogs that love sunbathing, run, sniff at trees, flowers, shrubs and maybe picking up from the ground some treats like apples or pears when season.

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. Our Sniffspot yard is open again. We are so happy to see you and your dogs again! The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)! We have a backyard that is covered in hard packed icy snow.
