Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too.

Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared!
There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast!
** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

Country hideaway! Fully fenced dog pasture on secluded property in Beaverdam, VA
Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture.
In warmer months, the (4) chairs and a table will have an umbrella available for some shade. We also will have a shade sail for the pups use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).
There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags, a scooper and trash can are nearby for cleaning up.
The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit.
A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months.
Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields!
Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play.
Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside.
A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash!
*If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completly fence contained and backs up to wooded areas
