Description

*SniffSpot takes a fee off the booking (very fair), but then also converts the fee to Canadian and charges two additional fees for doing that… Leaving the host with pennies per booking. Once you’ve booked before, I’d be happy to go off the app because of their triple fee and conversion tomfoolery. Quiet, private backyard in Mount Forest, with lots of room for dogs to run, sniff, and play. A table and chairs with shade for humans to enjoy while their dog(s) socialize or burn off some steam. Gates are located on either side of the house, fully fenced (some gaps may be too big for tiny dogs), there is also a hose for washing dogs or filling water bowls - turned off in late fall to early spring. 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly :) #ASafeSpace

HOST NOTE

Please do not use the trampoline and do not remove the balls from the trampoline - they are not for dogs to use. There is a dry river bed of rocks and mulch running down the middle of the yard to help with water run off. Dogs are welcome to play in/on it, just watch your ankles, human friends!

We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.
