-Type: Rural, semi-fenced acreage with designated Sniffspot play area. -Surface: Mix of grass, dirt, and gravel. -Size: Approx. 0.5 acres of open play space. -Fencing: Partially fenced: One half of space is fully fenced, other half is not fenced. Amenities: -Shaded rest area or trees for cool breaks. -Fresh water available. -Dog waste bags and trash bin provided. -Parking on-site near the play area. Animals on Property: Friendly goats, chickens, and cats live here — please review rules carefully to ensure safety for all pets. Noise/Environment: You may hear farm animals, wildlife, or nearby traffic — Great for socialization training. Ideal for: -Dogs needing safe off-leash playtime -Reactive or shy dogs (quiet times available) -Obedience training or recall work -Relaxed family visits and picnics with pets

General Safety: -All dogs must be current of vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. -No aggressive dogs or dogs with a bite history. -Dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times. -Handlers must have full control of their dog(s) at all times. Acess to Property: -When entering and exiting property, please close gates. -Do not arrive early or stay past your scheduled time. -Stay within designated Sniffspot area. Do not enter any other fenced or animal area. Farm Animals On Site: -Goats, chickens, and cats live on property. -Do not allow dogs to chase, park at, or harass goats, chickens, or cats at anytime. -Do not feed goats, chickens, or cats without owners permission. -Cats can freely roam the area, please do not allow your dog chase or approach them. -Children and guest must remain outside livestock enclosure areas. -If a dog cause harm or distress to livestock, you may be asked to leave immediately and may be responsible for damages. -Please report any open gates or animal issues to the host right away. Clean Up and Waste: -Pick up all dog waste right away and dispose of in provided bin. -Report any vomit, diarrhea, or other mess that can't be cleaned up. -Keep the property tidy, no littering or food waste. Human Etiquette: -No smoking, alcohol, or drugs on property. -No loud music or shouting. -Children must be supervised at all times. -Do not enter barns, sheds, or other structures without permission. Dog Play and Behavior: -No digging, property destruction, or excessive barking. -Stop play immediately if your dog shows aggression or fear. Liability and Acknowledgment: -You and your guests use the property at your own risk. -The host is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages. -You are responsible for your dog's actions and any damage caused. -Report any hazards or safety concerns immediately.

Our backyard is very well maintained, approximately a half an acre of fenced yard. Due to some maintenance done to the property, the lawn was reseeded. There are patches but we have reseeded those areas as well. It will take a few weeks for the new growth. We provide several seating areas for our guests. We are also looking into umbrellas. However, you may need to wear a sun hat to help protect you from the sun. We provide scooper and a garbage can for poop disposal. Water provided but if you want to bring your own water bowl, feel free to use the hose to fill it up with water. Tetherball has been added and is only to be used by your dog.
