Large fenced in backyard with a furnished shaded patio pergola and fire pit. Backs up to walking trails and shallow creek along the way. No neighbors directly behind. Community has boutique gas station, Tim Hortons Coffee shop and a deli which also gives you access to clean indoor restrooms.

Hospitality professional that enjoys the outdoors and travel. I’ve always had big dogs (English Labradors) and having a large fenced in backyard was ideal. I now only have a small dog who is not much into leaving the comfort of an air conditioner. Thought why not give others the opportunity to use the space as I’d once used it.

Once you get to the address you drive down the driveway and go over the cattle gap, park anywhere in the field, it’s all fenced around the perimeter. It’s mowed around the edges of the land and if you walk an entire loop around it’s 1.25 miles Has a large pond and your dog is welcome to swim if it wants to :) *disclaimer* neighbors in the very very back right have dogs which aren’t always out unless to potty but it’s only a barbed wired fence by then and so just be on alert when near that area if your dog does not need to be around other dogs

We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.
