Additional rules

By entering Creekside Pup Park, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: At Creekside Pup Park, we are committed to providing the best services, play areas, and activities in a safe environment. We hold the safety of Creekside Pup Park as a priority, with the safety of the dogs, clients, and persons in the highest regard. Please read the following terms carefully, as your entry onto the property constitutes acceptance of these terms. Creekside Pup Park strives to have the best safety measures in place to reduce risk and insists that all persons using the Dog Park have fully completed all parts of our main application and understand our policies. Persons who choose to enter Creekside Pup Park must understand there are inherent risks of injury and damage associated with dog play, whether during their individual time or open play time. Creekside Pup Park and its affiliates are not responsible for any risk or damages, as stated above. During private rental periods, as the owner, you are responsible for determining if your dog is appropriate for off-leash play if they have not attended regularly. You understand the risk of being there with your dog and that injury. We do not allow dogs with tendencies that put them at higher risk for injury or that may cause injury. You respect and understand our decisions and recommendations. Health Requirements: As per our main application, all dogs must be up to date for Rabies, Distemper Combo (or acceptable titer), negative fecal check with Giardia, Bordetella (or waiver signed), and use flea/tick preventive and heartworm preventive. If your pet requires an updated vaccination for the first time (i.e., not a booster), please make arrangements for the vaccination to be administered no less than 10 days before your visit to Creekside Pup Park. If you have newly rescued your dog, we do need a fecal check with the vet that includes Giardia, and they also need to be past the 10-day isolation period. Refund Policy: If you are asked to leave our Dog Park for any reason any time after 15 minutes, or if you need to leave the park before the full time rented, a refund will not be issued. Warning of Risk: Creekside Pup Park is intended to be an outlet for dogs and their owners to exercise, bond, and work on training. Despite all warnings, rules, and precautions, certain dangers still exist. It is nearly impossible to predict all possible situations that could occur. We strongly recommend training for proper agility equipment use or having had agility training to reduce the risk of injury when using the equipment. You understand that Creekside Pup Park is not liable for any injury that may occur using the equipment/tools/toys. Risk can include minor or serious injuries and potentially death to both humans and dogs, as well as damage to personal property, arising out of improper handling, supervision, or lack of control of a dog. Children are especially prone to serious injuries such as bites, nips, or scratches since they sometimes demonstrate behavior that may seem threatening or prey-like to dogs. For example, yelling, screaming, quick movements, falling, and direct approaches to a dog can initiate a bite or attack, especially if the dog is unknown to the child. You, as a parent/legal guardian, are knowingly taking the above risks and will not hold Creekside Pup Park liable. For safety purposes, minors must be 13 years of age or older to enter Creekside Pup Park during open play times. It must be recognized that it is impossible for Creekside Pup Park to guarantee the safety of clients, their guests/children, and dogs. Minors of all ages can attend private sessions. Each person who enters our park does so at his/her own risk and assumes the danger of using the play area. You must understand that the dog agility equipment is not for personal/children use and will be dismissed if seen. If agility course equipment or other equipment is damaged due to misuse, clients will be charged the full cost to replace damaged agility equipment or other equipment. Waiver and Release of All Claims and Assumption of Risk: By entering Creekside Pup Park, you are expressly assuming the risk of injury, illness, or death to yourself, your children, and your dogs. As well as injury and damage to your property/dog because of your choice to use the park, and you will be assuming legal liability to others for any injury, death, or damage to their property they suffer as a result of your use of the park. Please be aware that you are releasing Creekside Pup Park from all liability and claims for death, damage to property, and all other damage you, your child, and your dogs might incur as a result of using Creekside Pup Park, and you are waiving any right to make or assert any claim against Creekside Pup Park for injury, death, or damage to you, your children, or your dogs as a result of your decision to use the park. Communal Diseases: It is important that you acknowledge that even if your pet is up to date on all of his/her vaccinations, your pet can still get communal diseases/illnesses, the same way kids in daycare can pass on illness to one another; this also applies to dogs. Creekside Pup Park is not liable for any communal diseases such as kennel cough, other upper respiratory infections, or parasites. Permission for Creekside Pup Park to Photograph/Videography: By entering the property, you give authority and permission to Creekside Pup Park to copyright, use, and/or publish, without limitation or restriction, photography/videography of you, your minor children, or your dog(s) that may be taken while on Creekside Pup Park property. These photos/videos could be used for promotions, security, or advertising, and you hereby relinquish any right that you may have to examine or approve said photographs. If you do not agree to this, please notify us before entering the property. Rules: 1.Please clean any accidents with the appropriate pooper scooper and, if required, proper cleaner. a.All solid accidents can be picked up with the provided pooper scooper that has a bag lined on the inside. If the bag isn’t full, leave solids in the pooper scooper. Dispose of waste in the appropriate bin when the pooper scooper liner bag is full. Please do not use the pooper scooper if no bag is lining it. You can learn how to line the pooper scooper by asking us for QR code. 2.Wear and tear is expected; however, if your dog causes major damage, you may be partially charged to repair or replace it. 3.All toys and equipment should be put back in their areas. 4.If you do not clean up after your pet’s accidents on the equipment solid waste, there is a $10 cleaning charge. If it happens 3 times, you will be suspended from renting the Dog Park and agility equipment. 5. Proud to be chosen as Sniffspot's global business model again in the February 27, 2024 online Newsweek magazine, the June 5, 2023 of Womens World magazine. Also featured in Business Insider on June 9, 2022. YOU'RE WELCOME TO DRIVE UP TO 3 RIGS INTO THE PARK, MUD FREE (stopping at end of asphalt), then closing the big farm gate behind you so that you can release your 10# and over pup(s) without leashes. or worry of them getting into the road! VERY IMPORTANT: EACH PARK (F1 AND F2) HAS A SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND DRIVEWAY WITH THE SAME ADDRESS. SO, YOU MUST READ THE SPECIFIC DRIVING DIRECTIONS INTO EACH PARK. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO IF THEY'RE MEETING YOU HERE. THANK YOU!! Upon entering, you won’t be able to see the people or dogs in field one (F1) while you are in F2. Maybe just a glimpse of them when they are arriving or leaving their cars from a distance. We have buildings and trees that separate the two. We offer poop bags all around the field, and a garbage can for your use (used poop bags only please). If you happen to see a pile someone missed, please help us out, but PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PETS AND PICK UP AFTER THEM, TOYS TOO!!!. Thank you so much for your cooperation! We also provide a large fence attached bowl and water hose, balls/chukits and fun toys, comfy swing, gazebo rain shelter, and plenty of tables/benches. Bring your friends and their dogs and make a party out of it! If you'd like to have an event on our farm anywhere, we can discuss your wants and make something work for you. We also host overnight stays in two cottages we have on the property. BUT, you CANNOT bring your pets here to stay the night. We want to keep the cottages pristine and dander free for our Airbnb glamping guests that book here. Thanks for reading! Hope to see you here soon! We know you will love our magical farm! Your attendance allows for continued development of our park and its contributions to the Portland Humane Society. Presently we offer for you and your pups enjoyment the following: Two main trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that give or take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies. There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. A porta potty for your convenience. Multiple poop depot throughout the park with bag dispensers. Two water play areas one is shallow to help pups to acclimate comfortably to water play. The other is the larger man-made pond area. The larger pond area has a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. A large selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval are nearby. A Muddy Paw Spa to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. For those concerned about blue green algae, a bulletin board showing a test kit that can be purchased through Amazon. Test takes 15 minutes, with 99% accuracy. Next to it is an area to post the initials of the tester, date, time, and results of the test for other guests to see. Any guest doing this will be given an extra 15 minutes to the end of their reservation time on us. Please let us know in advance if you decide to do the test. For reasons to detailed to get into now, there’s never been an issue with blue green algae at Tail Waggers. A comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. And there is more to come.

Furry Fellows Pasture Fully Fenced, Easy Parking & Private Entrance

Fully Fenced

Reviews with photo's will be posted onto our Instagram! @furryfellowsdogpark 📸 We're a great option if you want a peaceful and private place to relax at. There is plenty to sniff for the pups and we maintain the pasture regularly in the spring/summer to keep the grass short. What we offer: ✅ Large fully fenced pasture. ✅ Dedicated guest parking area for easy parking and multiple cars ( can fit 2-3 cars depending on vehicles sizes ). ✅ Private entrance straight to the pasture. ✅ Open barn for shade and shelter from rain and wind. ✅ Chairs and table ✅ Waste bags, Large pooper scooper and multiple trash stations for easy clean up and disposal. ✅ 5 gallon distilled bottled water jug for dogs and humans. ( Water is not available during freezing conditions ). ✅ Regularly maintained field in spring/summer ✅ Frisbee golf basket and discs, picnic blanket and other outdoor games available in the summer 🌞 🐾 On RARE occasions our neighbor’s dog has wandered near the Sniffspot. The area is fully fenced and secure so he cannot enter on his own. He is young, extremely friendly, and docile; some guests have even chosen to let him in to play with their dogs. Again his visits are very uncommon ( only 3 guest interactions out of 1,000+ visits ), and if it does occur during your visit his collar includes our neighbor’s contact information so they can be reached directly. If you have questions or concerns feel free to send us a message :) Frequently asked questions Q: What are the berries the tree's drop in the sniffspot? A: Hawthorn berries! Q: Do you have toys at your location? A: Unfortunately we do not offer toys at our sniffspot due to frequent replacement being costly, this choice helps us to keep our price low. Occasionally we will have them available thanks to donations from guests in our small dog community to share with others but it is not guaranteed. *EDITS* 5/28/2024* By request we've made some improvements on making this spot more small dog friendly by filling in noticeable gaps under our fences and gates! 6/4/2024* We've ordered supplies to update sagging area's in fencing and added water bowls. 9/16/2024* Gate lock has been fixed. 6/30/2025 2 more doggy waste stations have been ordered to add to the park. 7/20/2025 Doggy waste stations have been installed and active wasps nest have also been taken care of. A water jug station will also be added to have more water jugs available for guests to replace with fresh ones once emptied. 10/15/2025 Mulch has been ordered, we plan on slowly topping up mulched area's as needed throughout the fall and winter months.

Green Acres Homestead 1 Acre Sniffspot

Fully Fenced
1 acre

Welcome to Green Acres Homestead! Discover acres of adventure on our fully fenced pasture, complete with a seasonal creek and a peaceful pond—perfect for dogs to run, splash, and explore. Nestled on a charming farm beside Green Acres K9 Resort (A dog boarding and daycare facility), our play space offers a secure and refreshing retreat for your pups, whether they're visiting for playtime or boarding nearby. Important: Please keep an eye out for sniff spot signs and follow them carefully to reach the designated play area. You are encouraged to park all the way at the end of the driveway infront of the fence. Reality alert: Most folks already understand this and really enjoy bringing their dog here to play but for those that may not be as familiar we really want to make sure that you understand the environment that you will experience when you come to our sniff spot. It is very likely that the following could occur: 1)Hear a dog barking from the boarding facility 2)See a farmer working 3)See livestock share a fence line (Yes you can say hello to them) 4)Find mud in the wet season, no creek in the dry season 5)Alge in the pond when the water is not flowing and weeds in the field 6)We work towards keeping the main area of the field free of blackberries and weeds that poke by mowing but do not guarantee a weed free environment 7)The creek and pond are spring fed but there is always a chance of picking something up in nature 8)Your dog is welcome to dig and carry sticks and rocks. Be aware there may be holes, sticks or rocks 9)There is a dock that has no problem supporting my family on the pond but makes no promise to support anyone. You are welcome to use it but understand that is at your own risk and judgment. 10)The pond has gradual sloping sides on over half the pond but there are sections where it is steep. 11)We really don't want to discourage anyone from enjoying this place like we, do but also don't want people to expect something that is maybe not a reality. We look forward to seeing you here sometime soon.
