Pre-made ATV trails, creeks, wetlands and a small river await exploring by you and your pup(s) while immersed in solitude and nature.
We welcome you to our little peace of heaven backing up to the national watershed reserves and game-land.
We offer parking on the side of our yard away from the house where you'll have access to 4+ acres of woods within our property, and trail entrances to the public water-shed/game-lands.
******We only open our Sniffspot during non-hunting seasons for safety purposes. ******
Our family has been hiking these same trails for 10+ years, and over 100's of times with our pups. We have been blessed with its wonderous beauty and the pure exhilaration our furry babies get being out there, doing what they love. We are happy to share our little peace of heaven with all the pups and kahu of the world who treasure the joy of running free in the forest.

3 wooded acres backing up to gamelands
We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

Janet and Edward's Durham City Bark Park
We have a fully fenced in yard. There is one gap, but we have covered it with cinder blocks. It is a 6 ft privacy fence, so you shouldn’t see the neighbors. One set of next door neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out. Please keep dogs on leash when outside of the yard. Thank you!
Out in the yard there will be balls for your pup to play with, a water bowl, and a hose. We can also set up a tent we use for vendor events when it’s sunny or raining for shade/coverage. Just let us know in advance. There is also shade from a large tree in the yard.
If you need a dog first aid kit, we will have one in the house along with things like water for humans, snacks for pups and humans, and a restroom for humans to use. If you need a towel for your pup, let us know, and we’ll be glad to give you a dog towel to use. We will bring things out to you. These are only available if we are home.
Street parking is available at all times. You may park in the driveway, but please ask first in case one of us is going to have to leave (or coming back) while you are there.

We offer a fully fenced private backyard oasis that is perfect for both dogs and their human friends!
We have 1/4 acre play yard that provides plenty of shade for our guests from the large oak tree on property.
Human guests are welcome to use the outdoor chairs on the deck that overlooks play area for dogs. Deck has gates so smaller dogs can have their own secure area if needed.
Muddy paws? No thanks! Our property has beautifully landscaped with turf, which is low maintenance for easy cleanup.
We provide water bowls, a hose (for quick clean up if needed), and a doggy trash can.
The Fire pit can be used but guests need to provider their own wood and kindling.

As a rescuer, I totally understand some dogs just can't do social (myself, most of the time too), so dog park is a No. SniffSpot is an option for those special pooches.
Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting.
We're only 3 mins from Fenton, 2 mins from Downtown Cary.

Mimms's 15 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Angier
Hidden River Farm is a 40 plus acre paradise for humans and dogs. We opened our organic orchard 6 years ago and it operates annually from June to October. So we have decided to try to open it up for use year around if possible. We welcome folks to bring their dogs out to run, retrieve, train or just play for awhile to get the energy out. There is an abundance of land. We offer a picnic area with table and chairs. Both tables offer umbrellas for shade if needed. We have water spigots so that the dogs can have clean drinking water. We also are breeders of Champion Labrador Retrievers. We have chickens, ducks, donkeys, horse and more. We are a working farm that believes sharing is a great thing these days.

If you want the chance to let your dog(s) off leash in a rural setting and live near Brier Creek in the Raleigh/Durham I area then this is the place for you! Great spot to have fun! Numerous walking trails. We have limited availability. As a result, it can be difficult at times to get a reservation. Happy to answer any questions in advance of your visit.
