55My time at Chris yard was great! Fully fenced as advertised. Chris was there to meet me and give me a quick overview of the property. My dog enjoyed the freedom and we’ll definitely be back.
55Chris's place was great, lots of room to let our dog rip around and chase after frisbees. Lots of space to explore, she was also interested in checking out the chickens and we were able to work a bit on her training in a safe and secure space. Thanks again
55Absolutely awesome. We are on vacation staying in Campbell River. Chris's space is well worth the drive if you have a reactive dog like we do. Both our Aussie Shepherds had a wonderful time playing Frisby and ball. There was lots of room for them to have a great time. The space was spotless. Chris was very pleasant when we met him. Totally recommend. We will be back again next week. Many thanks for sharing your fabulous space.
55Lovely space to run around and throw the ball. Lots of places to have a sniff around and forage through the grass and bushes. Juno was very particularly fascinated with the chickens because she had never seen them before so that was fun to watch her observe and take it all in!

1) Close driveway gate behind you. 2) No sick or unhealthy dogs please - no runny diarrhea poo… 3) Clean up your dogs poop - scooper and green bin provided. 4) No mean or aggressive dogs (I don't want to get eaten if I step outside while you are visiting) 5) Be kind, nice, respectful - I do this to help pay the tax bill, but also as a service to dogs and their owners provide a safe space to play, train, or just run free for a bit while travelling.

As a dog mom with a very reactive pup, Sniffspot was always our go to when we needed to burn her energy off safely as hikes, parks, etc were not the best for our dog. Once we moved and now have a yard, I want to give back and share our space with other dogs who have special needs like ours. The yard does have a lot of branches and leaves we are clearing up, I am looking into blocking off under the deck but I haven’t had any issues with our dog who leaves it alone. Please keep off the deck as it is very slippery. Our cats may spy on you, I cannot control them. Our neighbours have dogs but they cannot access our yard.
