- Our neighbors on both sides have a dog: •The neighbor dog on the left may be in their fenced yard when you enter/exit my property by the driveway gate. (but not adjacent to the sniffspot section) •The neighbor dog on the right could be visible from within the actual sniffspot part of the yard. This dog may or may not be out, may or may not bark, may or may not approach my fence. **Please consider these when booking, especially if your dog is reactive to the sight or barking of other dogs.

- 3/1/25 : there are no longer birds housed in the cage along the left side of my fence in my neighbors property. - Birds, squirrels, chipmunks, toads, rabbits are all possible wildlife. - Chickens may be heard from far away but they are not directly behind my property.

There may be workers in the field. - Children can be heard from a nearby school and park. - The Sniffspot "dog park" portion of the yard is complete fenced and separate from the rest of the yard and private due to shrubbery; therefore we may be outside doing yard work or enjoying the day during your booking but not in view when you leave on time.

Description

Our yard provides plenty of shade and sun. Several seating options throughout the length of the yard. A giant storage box filled with dog toys. Balls: soccer, basketball, and tennis. Nerf Chuck-it throwers, Nerf Dog ball Gun, and frisbees. Stick Library for stick loving pups! Lots of room to run and play!

(Please message if wanting to bring minor children.) - Please do not allow your pup to dig. - Please do not allow your pup to consume the flowers and shrubs. Please do not cut the flowers. - Please keep your pup leashed and in control of the leash until you are securely in the sniffspot portion of the yard. *Please read the access instructions in the Sniffspot email after booking!
