Buster's Barn & Field

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road). This spot is roughly 3-4 acres of mostly field but has about .5-1 acre of woods. There’s some small trails through the woods and the field is mostly kept up with. Down below the area there is a chicken coop but chickens are inside during most of the day and a horse further down that’s not always visible from the field. The chicken coop area is fenced in. There is tons of wildlife there as well as we own 15 acres here but only this section is available to come to. I have 2 dogs that are inside during the day and will not leave the yard when outside. I can always keep them in when you are here!
