It is surrounded by other quiet back yards. 6-foot wood fence between the yard and street. Completely Private and peaceful. Water and rubber balls provided to dogs.

Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental. Ever since my family moved here in the late 1980s we have never treated the yard with pesticide or herbicide, we don't allow any poisonous plants, and we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated with plenty of privacy hedges. Bottled water, toys, treats, bug spray, and towel service included. Ample free parking on the street. Deck and patio for the humans.
