RULES OF THE RUN: • Dog owners are responsible for their dogs’ actions • Monitor and control your dog at all times, particularly non-neutered males as other males may react aggressively toward them • Remain alert. Interrupt rough play and mounting • No aggressive dogs • Dogs involved in a fight must be removed from the run • No dogs in heat • Discourage excessive barking, especially in the early morning and late evening • Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated against rabies, and free from all communicable diseases • No people without dogs; no dogs without people • No children inside the dog run unless accompanied by both an adult and a dog • Please do not climb or play on the mounds—they are only intended for dogs • A maximum of three dogs per person is allowed • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult • You must clean up after your dog and place in trash receptacle • Dogs must wear a harness or collar while in the run. No prong, choke, or spike collars • Dogs must be leashed when exiting the dog run • No littering, smoking, barbecuing, open flame, or consumption of alcohol • No vending, amplified sound, demonstrations or events over 20 people, except by permit • No glass containers or food, except dog treats • Do not feed or offer treats to other dogs. • Do not leave personal property in the run • To avoid injuries, please fill in any holes • Ensure your dog is in the appropriate dog run based on its size • Close gates behind you, and only open one gate at a time when entering or leaving • Dog toys are discouraged

We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental.
