We don’t often see other dogs from our spot other than occasional walkers/dogs going by on the road. Very rarely, there is a small dog that lives a couple doors down that has wandered over to our fence. This has only happened a couple of times and the dog cannot get inside our property but it could be a disruption. Please let me know if this happens! My dog will be kept in the house and you shouldn’t see or hear him.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet but people will occasionally walk by on the road. We also have neighbors that can sometimes be seen in their backyards but they keep to themselves enjoying their own space.

Description

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. HOST NOTE

We have seen bunnies, squirrels, and groundhogs on the property. There are a few holes in the ground from dogs digging and we do patch them but they tend to get dug right back up quickly! Dogs will be dogs :)
