NEW: 9/30 - cut your own flowers if you’d like! Extended our hours til 10pm each day! We have moderate lighting in the back, close to the house. The fence line has spread out small solar lights. NEW amenity for owners - we’ve added a hammock. Looking for a perfect place for your dog to run, play, and explore? Our spacious, fully fenced backyard is just what you need! Spanning approximately 0.3 acres (100ft x 130ft), this secure area allows your furry friend to roam freely and safely. Note: the photos sometimes make it hard to see but the fence is fully enclosed with wire. Additionally, the total fence height is 48”. Why Choose Our Spot? - Ample Space: With a generous 0.3+ acre area, there's plenty of room for your dog to stretch their legs, play fetch, or simply explore. - Nature Encounters: Enjoy the serene atmosphere with occasional sightings of deer and a variety of birds, adding a touch of nature to your visit. - Comfortable Amenities: Relax and make yourself at home with our provided chairs and table, perfect for unwinding while your dog has a blast. Have a kiddo? Feel free to play on the swing set! In addition to the backyard, our front yard is also available for your dog to enjoy. Please note that this area is not fenced, so supervision is necessary. Just let me know in advance if you choose to use that space. To ensure your visit is peaceful and uninterrupted, my own dogs will be kept upstairs out of sight. Should you need anything during your visit, feel free to msg me. I work from home during weekdays, so I'm typically available during business hours to assist you and in the evenings. We can't wait to host you and your fur babies! If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.

A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in fall of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. Please note* -this is our personal yard/home and active farm that we’re constantly working on as the property was built in 1801. I am not a professional/commercial dog park and do it for the joy that I can share with other pets/owners and the extra income since managing a property this large is expensive. -Please have patience, respect and kindness for me as I will for you too :) At times we may need to leave out of the front yard but will not enter the sniff zone for your booking. - we do have dogs of our own so if you get near the garage or house, they will bark but won’t be visible. I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. Happy to accommodate, please let me know if you have any questions!
