Welcome! This space is fully fenced, with easy access from the street. The entrance gate (to the right of the carport when facing the house) can be a little stubborn, but just remember to push towards the yard, not towards the street, and please don't leave a gap when it's closed. I have chairs for your comfort, plus poop bags, a trashcan, toys, and a water bowl for the pups and your convenience. The hose is all yours to use as well! A few notes: - The upstairs deck is not off-limits, however, it's not in the best shape (this is one reason why I'm renting my spot, so that I can repair it and make your experience even better!), so please be aware of the boards that are not flush. - I have dogs that use the spot as well, but will keep them inside during pre-booked reservations. - Please feel free to park on the street in front of the house. Welcome to Lix Creek Private Dog Park by Sniffspot! :) We would love to share our little slice of heaven with you! Upon entering the red gates, you'll see a picnic table and fire ring. There is a mowed path around the 20 acre property with red arrows directing along the way. You will also find a map on site to reference as well. There are 3 creek accesses if your fury friend would like to get a drink or play. In the plastic tote, there is fresh water, a bowl and some fetch toys. We live on the property and would be happy to answer any questions you have!

Park in driveway and Enter through gate to left side of Garage, WELCOME to Slem’s Sniffspot!!! If there is a vehicle in driveway please park to the side of it instead of behind it if possible. Open 24/7, well lit at night, shaded patio area with fans on hot days, kiddy pool & splash pad for dogs that want to dip, drinks for humans, fire pit to use on cold nights, just let me know your request!! WiFi available. Alexa available. Poop bags/trash can available. Indoor restroom available if we are home and awake 😊 cell number and other info is on patio table. Please note *if you book your reservation after midnight and it’s for any time between 3am-9am the same day, there’s a possibility I won’t see it in time to prepare. This means there might be a couple of “unclean” spots in the yard from my dogs being let out the night before. *Extras are available for an extra charge. They are: Agility Equipment Setup, Firepit, propane patio heater, BBQ Grill, Birthday Pup decor. You will find them listed in “Extras” when you book your reservation. IMPORTANT!!! Per Sniffspot & my rules: Your pets MUST BE vaccinated and must not have been in recent contact with other pets that have parvo.

We board furry pets, they love the yard! Let your pet love it too. There's plenty of room to run, skip, jump, and play. Gates on either side, both with barrel locks, easy access. Street parking only. There is a water spigot by the front door, but I can leave water bowls out if requested. There will be toys in the yard and mini bones by the deck. Trash can is around the front by the garage. If someone is home, there is a restroom available.

We offer shade, fresh water, and a quiet environment so your pup can sniff, explore, and enjoy safely. We recently said goodbye to our English Bulldog, so want to share the yard with other pups! Please note: there are friendly dogs in the neighboring yard who may occasionally greet along the fence line. They’re social and used to visitors, but if your dog is highly reactive to other dogs, just keep this in mind when booking. We’ve created this space with safety and joy in mind, and we love sharing it with other dog lovers. Easily access the backyard on either side of the house with gates.
