Description

We are located on 50 acres of private forested lot with long system of trails. There are a few places to sit down along the paths, an outhouse for people to use and lots of sticks to throw!

Additional rules

Please drive to the very end of the driveway past the garage and park at a spot near entrance to the trail. There are doggy poop and scoop bags and sanitizer in the blue bin. A bucket for water for your dog and fresh water in jugs, please use at your convenience. Please dispose of the poop bags in the bin provided. On the path please follow the pink ribbons to stay within our designated route. To the left of our white dome there is a path leading to the field where you can play with your dog as well.

Please do not park in the standing water. The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance. If trails are blocked off with caution tape, they are temporarily closed. Enjoy your visit!
