We are open 4am - 10:30pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Half Acre Property with a huge fenced yard! I've rented the yard on a different site for 2 years. Pool is included in price if you’d like to use it with your pup. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. We’re part of the rescue community and open up our space as a way to support and further our efforts in animal rescue, and every booking helps us continue doing what we love!❤️🐶🐱 Given how hot it’s been, we’re happy to offer our yard even after the sun goes down. The yard is a spacious 0.26 acres with plenty of room for pups to run and play. The pool is dog-friendly and features side steps (which our own dogs use!) and built-in entry steps, plus a relaxing lounge area in the water. Yes, you’re more than welcome to swim with your pup! 🏊‍♀️ For safety, the pool has a max depth of around 5 feet, and we kindly ask that guests notify us after booking if they’re bringing 🚨 children who cannot swim🚨. At night, the pool lights up—you can choose a classic white glow or switch to a color-changing mode just tell us what you prefer after booking. Our patio lights also illuminate the yard for safe and fun nighttime visits. Whether you want to play frisbee, toss a ball, or just kick back, there’s something for everyone. If you’d prefer to stay dry, we have poolside seating as well as shaded spots on the patio. You’re also welcome to bring a speaker and enjoy your favorite music while you hang out. Note: The slide is currently cracked and unavailable for use—we appreciate your understanding!

Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

We have a 5ft deep large play pool with a stair entrance and a low bench seat on each side. Balls and toys provided to throw in the pool and have some awesome splashdowns into the water! Seating, tables , umbrellas , lounge chairs and Bluetooth speakers available for you! Dog wash area provided with pup wash, spa attachment for hose and towels for no charge. - Complementary drinks for you and pups - towels provided for humans and pups - balls, frisbees and rope toys

Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practice, you will love this real, grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting. We only allow dogs that have been fully vaccinated, please. *you will have access to dog photo area, pet marketplace (where all items are only $6) -and our new indoor, dog wash station ($12 per dog extra)! Groups, parties or needing over an hour needs pre approval before booking please- We look forward to seeing you in our yard!
