5 Acre Farm Fully Fenced Private Dog Park

Welcome to 5 Acre Farm! We have beautiful views and lots of space for your companion to run and play. We have two play yards. Each yard is fully fenced with a wooden 6ft private fence. Small and large dog friendly. Table, chairs, and electric outlet available under the covered patio. Both yards are well lit at night with security and flood lights. Please park in the gravel drive and use the provided pooper scooper before leaving. I am a certified professional dog trainer and offer daycare/boarding on the property. You may hear the occasional bark from the kennel, but no dogs or other animals will be visible at any time during your visit. I live on-site and will be happy to assist if you should need anything. Cell phone service is extremely spotty so plan accordingly. The whole property is disinfected with Wysiwash and Rescue between visits.

Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible. *Rules are simple but some forget, which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs here so bagging isn’t necessary but if you bag their waste, then take it to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *a horse trough is provided in place of a picnic table / bench at the back boundary next to the small fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations are being made for a heavier picnic table that won’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Montlake Doggie Heaven!

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! I offer an open front yard with a fountain and gazebo, a wooded area with a trail, and a fenced in backyard with a large porch, and fire pit. Indoor bathroom access by request, water available. I will also offer photography, day-care, snacks, grooming and weekly stays upon request for additional charges. Please knock for indoor bathroom access. I will be offering an indoor playroom soon! Wifi will be available and the grounds are under surveillance at all times. There is a designated smoking area, trash cans, dog waste disposal locations, and several fire pit locations. Access to water and first-aid will always be available!

Come visit our beautiful spot out in the historical Cumberland Homesteads! Set on 20 acres with a 1935 original homestead house, your fur babies will be able to run and play to their heart's content! This spot is very wide open and peaceful with beautiful scenery. During the summer months, feel free to pick blackberries that grow all along the backside of the field, either to take or enjoy during your stay; Great treat for your fur babies also ;) ! During the fall you will have an amazing view of the entire woodline trees changing colors, and in winter months enjoy the beautiful mountain view that is more visible as the trees start to lose their leaves! You can walk the entire field, explore, and enjoy the peace with your babies! The woods are part of the property, so if you'd like to explore and hike the woods, feel free! There is a small creek that runs through the woods that flows really well after a good rain. You may also see a few deer in the morning or evening! Feel free to set up your lawn chairs and just relax while your babies run wild!

Animals are used to dogs. If you look into the coop and see some eggs feel free to take some farm fresh eggs with you. There are neighbors beside me, behind and in front that have dogs. You can hear them but can only see the dog behind me. There is a fire pit and egg chairs that you are welcome to use while your dog runs around. Also a trampoline. Water will be supplied.
