My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just flip the switch by the nozzle head on the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.
