A shaded loop trail winds through trees and natural underbrush, with three laps totaling approximately one mile. It’s well suited for off-leash walks, decompression time, exploring, or structured training in a calm, natural setting. Open areas provide plenty of room for ball play or relaxed roaming, while a dog-friendly pool offers a refreshing way for dogs to cool off. For convenience, dog waste stations, a water hose, and a water bowl are provided. Each booking is for exclusive use of the property—no other people or dogs will be present during your visit. While dogs may occasionally be heard in the distance, there are none on site or in immediate proximity. This space isn’t just for dogs—it’s for their people too. The quiet, wooded environment creates a peaceful place to unplug, walk the trail, sit in the shade, enjoy bird watching, and simply watch your dog be a dog without stress or distractions. The property is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. Small dogs or dogs that dig should be supervised at all times. Ideal for high-energy dogs who need room to roam, as well as reactive dogs who benefit from privacy, training sessions, or decompression walks. Important notes: • The terrain is natural and includes underbrush, downed trees, and some non-native plants with burrs. • The northeast corner was previously a nightclub site, and occasional debris may remain. • The house is strictly off limits. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times and for cleanup.

Backyard space that’s been recently fenced in with a 6 foot high wooden privacy fence lined with composite plywood and pavers to discourage any escape artists. There are technically 2 separate yards with a chain link between them. Don’t let small dogs hang out in the part by the building without a lead on as there are spaces under the gate they could potentially escape. This is a space that is used extremely frequently during the day as we ourselves have a pack of 3 dogs as well as I do dog training on property during normal work hours. We disinfect entire area weekly and spray for flea and ticks monthly. Please respect our space. Clean up after your pup and if you notice or your pup creates any problems within the enclosure, please let us know ASAP. There are jumps behind the bench you are welcome to use and I have a medium size pop up tunnel upon request. If you book ahead of time, I’ll make sure to put out bowls and water, otherwise feel free to use the hose.
