We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. However, rest assured, no one is ever in that area—it’s just open farmland—so you and your dog can still enjoy a safe and secure experience. Please ensure your dog has reliable recall or remains on a leash for added safety. 🐾🔒 - Supervision is required at all times 🐕‍🦺 to keep everyone safe and happy. 🐕 - Please bring water for your dog 💧 (bowls available upon request!). Your dogs can walk or swim and cool off. Some tend to dry out in the summer months. There is beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees to enjoy and tons of birds that make this spot their home. It is unfenced, but with so many many winding paths to enjoy.
