🐾 Welcome to Our Powell Butte Sniffspot! We’re happy to share our high desert space with you. To keep it safe, enjoyable, and natural for everyone, please take a moment to review these simple guidelines: 🌲 Property Boundaries & Safety • Please stay at least 100 ft away from the house at all times. • The property is not fully fenced and the fencing that exists is not dog-proof. Please supervise your dog closely, especially if they tend to wander. • Stick mainly to the east side of the property. • You’re welcome to enjoy the large grassy area to the northwest (just off the driveway). 🚗 Parking • Please park on the lower part of the driveway, right where the two drives merge. This keeps access clear in case we need to get to or from the house. 💩 Cleanliness & Respect for the Land • Please pick up after your dog. This keeps the space clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone. • Leave the property exactly as you found it. Please do not take rocks, plants, wood, or anything else from the land. The high desert ecosystem is fragile, and everything here belongs here! 🐶 Dog & Handler Guidelines • Dogs must remain under control and within your sight at all times. • If your dog is an escape artist or lacks recall, please take extra precautions due to the open, unfenced areas. ⚠️ Use at Your Own Risk This is a natural outdoor space with uneven terrain, wildlife, and typical rural hazards. By visiting, you agree that you and your dog(s) are using the property at your own risk, and the host is not responsible for injuries, escapes, or damages.
