Park users must abide by all rules and restrictions. • No excessive noise. If excessive noise occurs without a Special Event Permit, your deposit may not be reimbursed. • Park only in designated areas. • Maximum speed limit inside the park is 15 miles per hour. • Vehicles are not allowed inside the park, except on designated roads and parking areas. ATV and other offroad vehicles are not allowed in the park unless the vehicle is authorized by the Department of Motor Vehicles, and then only on designated roads and designated parking areas. • Do not damage or misuse any temporary or permanent fixture. Do not destroy, disturb, injure, remove or alter a natural feature, trees, shrubs, wildflowers, public building, sign equipment, or any other structure or property. • No domestic or commercial garbage dumping. No littering. Each person or group is responsible for cleaning the area of the park they use. • No person shall use any facilities in the Town Park, including park tables, shade structures other than ramadas and parking areas, more than seven hours per day. Any park use longer than seven hours per day and any use of a ramada for more than four hours requires a reservation permit issued by the Town Manager. • No camping. No overnight RV parking except when authorized. • No fires, except in grills. • No alcoholic beverages can be sold or consumed on the premises of any Town Park, Recreation Facility or Cemetery except with a Special Event Permit. • Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold without a special event liquor license. • NO glass containers. • Children eight years and younger must be supervised by an adult while playing on the playground equipment. • No person shall use archery, sling shots, rockets, darts, rocks or other projectile producing devices, unless specifically authorized by permit. • All animals shall be under the custody and control of a responsible adult and must be on a leash not to exceed six feet at all times, except dogs are not required to be on a leash inside a Town Dog Park. Owners or other persons in control of the animal shall remove waste created by the animal. I have read and understand the rules and regulations, as noted above. Failure to obey the rules and regulations may result in the loss of my deposit and the possible elimination of park use. By signing the Park Permit I accept the rules.
