Our family has lived and worked this farm since 1912. Originally the fields were used to grow peas (1940's), dairy (1950-1960's), black angus (1970-1980's), hogs & dairy replacement heifers (1990's), fresh culinary herbs for the grocery stores (last 30 years). Every year the location you are at floods and holds at least 3 feet of water for a few days a year. The property has held events from town picnics in the 1930's, hoedowns in the 70's and a traveling circus in the 1980's. It is perfectly located 1 minute from Duvall and 25 minutes from Redmond. Learn more about this land: This 4th generation grass valley floor includes views of Mt. Baker and Rainer. Surrounded by retired culinary herb fields and planted cow corn to the west. Summer includes herds of heifers ranging the north. There are three culvert crossings on the open range and a fun walk thru the tall grass path on the south side of the fence dog area.

High Rock Meadow

High Rock meadow is a 3 acre securely-fenced natural meadow, surrounded by forest. Please note that this is NOT a manicured lawn space; it is a sloping meadow with uneven footing and heavy ground cover. You can explore a network of walking trails that wind through the perimeter forest, while your dogs romp in the meadow and zoom along the trails. There is no end to sniffing material in this 3-acre playground! Again, the terrain in this spot is uneven and sloping, with some steep areas on the trails and possible muddy areas. Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Those with mobility challenges may have difficulty moving about in this spot. Additionally, we are located in a rural neighborhood and there are times when neighbors practice shooting. This is more likely to happen on weekends, so please keep this in mind when scheduling with dogs who are distressed by loud noises. If you visit and the shooting practice is going on and you need to leave early, please notify me for a discount if you'd like to try us again. I'm currently accepting bookings up to 1 month out. Acres in the Forest

**** Please note that beginning in March 2025 thru Summer**** We will be doing tree work to the left of the first field you walk through to get to the fully fenced Sniff Spot area. We won't be actively working on it while you are here. We will only have temporary fencing in the first field (on the left as you come in though the first gate) as we the continue the work however. Please keep your dogs on a leash through the first field while we are working on improving the fencing and the area if recall is not good. ** This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. There are potentially 2 areas that you can use right next to each other (fenced in between). Please note that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, next to the clawfoot tub inside second pasture. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on. My property is very dog and kid friendly. There's a gate at the entrance to keep your pup safe and fencing on most of the property. The areas without secure fencing have a natural barrier that most dogs don't go through. There's a safe springfree trampoline for kids to use as well. Water bowl, poop bags, and trash can provided.

Fully fenced back yard with entry gate and easy street parking. Currently have a few balls (soccer ball size), dog bowl, hose, doggie bags, and a trash bin for your dog(s) and covered seating for you. Please park on 140th Ave (always open). The OK-9 Corral, .5 acre, fully fenced

The spot is a former pasture for geese and goats. There is a spacious shelter with a bench in case of bad weather or need for shade. There is no smoking in the Sniffspot.
