Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. There is one small section of the yard with bricks and debris from that we are working on clearing. It is marked by orange safety flags. We know that means nothing to your dog, but we want you to be safe!

Opening for the season on Saturday, April 19th! All new reviews that include a photo of your pup will recieve a promo code for a free visit. Approximate Hours: Saturday and Sunday mornings 8:30-11:30 am M-W 8:30 am - 7 pm Thurs-Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. (There are no birds in the coop right now) Per Sniffspot's rules, no alcohol is allowed, and please no smoking. 🚩 We reserve the right to ban any guests who break these rules. Your Pup's 0.4 Acre Private (Fully Enclosed 6 Foot Fence) Park In Lakeside!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

Church Hill - Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent

Welcome to our fenced-in Church Hill yard—a great spot for dogs to run, play, and relax! The grassy area is about 500+ square feet and gets lots of sunshine, with a small paved section that has a grill, table, and some toddler toys. The yard is fully enclosed with latched gates at the front and back for added security. We don’t have a dog ourselves, so this is a neutral space for pups of all personalities. While we’re just getting started, we plan to add more amenities soon! Please bring what you need. The yard is in a quieter area, just off a main road, and while it’s mostly sunny, there are some shaded spots. A quick request: Please don’t allow the dogs to play with the children’s toys (they are mostly tucked away). Other than that, we hope you and your pup enjoy the space. We’re excited to host and make this a great spot for dog owners!

Dogs love my sniff-tastic space! I hope you'll visit my large, fully enclosed half-acre yard. It has everything a pup could ask for: an open clearing for zoomies or game of fetch, shady woods and nooks and crannies to investigate, SO MANY critter sniff trails, and dirt, leaves and grass to dig in! It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Easy side-street parking on Kamankeag makes accessing the yard through the back gate a piece of cake! *OUR FENCING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL DOGS OR ESCAPE ARTISTS.*

Welcome! This is a fully fenced, 1/3 acre yard w/ plenty of space for your dog to run and play. The ground 50% grass and 50% pine tags. There are chairs around the yard and a deck for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The yard is 50% shaded. I provide some basic amenities including toys, poop bags, water dish, sun screen/bugspray, treats, water hose. Help yourself to anything in the deck box! Other items are available as extras.
