We offer an exclusive space that caters to every dog's dream and provides a comfortable, safe and relaxing environment for humans and dogs. Come enjoy safe fenced in yard approx .5 acres, with access to a fire pit (extra), digging pit, sensory gardens, bird watching and other add ons (check extras!) to make your time special. Explore the great outdoors! Trails and a serene creek. You and your dog can enjoy walks and playtime in nature. Perfect for all season adventures, training fun and sniffing out lots of new scents. Trail area is partially fenced and lines a creek (crossing the creek is off our property). Often see wildlife - be aware if you intend to have dog off leash. *Digging Pit Dogs love to dig! Our dedicated digging pit allows your pup to indulge in this natural behavior without ruining your (or our) garden. Filled with a mixture of sand and dirt - let your dog go wild! *Tip - bury some toys in the pit to peak your pups interest. *Lit at night Our fenced in area has lighting for evening play sessions! *Fire Pit Rent our fire pit as an extra - we provide the first bundle of wood! Want to go all out? Add a cozy package with blankets & dog treats! *Sensory Garden Stimulate your dog's senses! Our sensory gardens are designed to engage your pup with various scents, textures, and sounds, creating a rich and enjoyable experience. Check out all of our extra's to make your pup's experience wonderful! *Large heated In-Ground Swimming Pool Expansive, clean, and safe pool with steps and a dog safe ramp. This is the perfect spot for newbies and experienced canine swimmers! Cleaned and serviced regularly. Great option for senior dogs and those dogs working through injuries that could benefit from water therapy. We recommend life vests for inexperienced canine swimmers - this helps build confidence and reduce fatigue. **Can rent as an extra** **Pool activities are intended for dogs enjoyment. Humans please don't ignore your dog while lounging/swimming. We want everyone to enjoy their time - but we're here for the dogs!

This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water Pool 12 feet at deepest. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Life jackets recommended for inexperienced dogs. No one under 16 allowed in pool at any time regardless of supervision. Concrete area around pool becomes hot in the mid day sun, beware of hot ground on dogs paws. Hose available to keep areas wet. Partially fenced wooded area borders a fairly shallow creek - can get a few feet deep depending on rain. Our property line is directly on the other side of the creek and we border a somewhat busy street. Off Leash at own risk in these areas. There is wildlife - Deer, owls, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons & coyotes. If your dog chases they should remain on leash. There is poison ivy & nettles scattered throughout - we do our best to keep them at bay and directly off the trails, but it's the woods. Other hazards typical of a forrest: occasional fallen branches or trees, sharp sticks and trunks, possible holes in ground, inclines can be slippery after rain, and of course insect activity (bug spray advisable), including spiders - Joro season is upon us!

Additional rules

2 humans per dog maximum when using pool (message for exceptions) add more guests for extra fee. No children under 16 allowed in pool at anytime regardless of supervision. You will be asked to leave with no refund. No smoking/vaping. No glass allowed near pool area at any time. During active thunderstorms or high wind spot may be closed and reservations cancelled/rescheduled for safety. Dog(s) positive experience should be focus of visit. Please do not force/throw dogs into pool or prevent them from leaving if they are scared. Many dogs may need several visits before they are ready to swim! This is common and will ensure they have a lasting positive association. When enjoying the partially fenced wooded area and creek be aware that crossing the creek is out of bounds of the Sniffspot.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!

And you can ONLY be in the enclosed fenced area on the property, NOWHERE ELSE **PLEASE READ HOURS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed) between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:00 for a 3:00 p.m. exit - **Hate opening the yard description with this, BUT there has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's/dogs' poop. The leaves are falling and it makes it hard to find, so please pay attention to where your pup goes. **Update Nov 2025. They are building a house across the street & it can be loud @ times. So if you have a dog that's sensitive to that .. just letting you know. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. We love it here, and we hope you do too.
