It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Well manicured and safe yard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep with the ability to be heated as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in either being heated, please select those in the ‘Extra’ options. Keep in mind that the pool takes approximately 1 hour to raise the temperature by 1 degree, please plan your visit a little later in the day if choosing that extra! 💜 Two humans included with dog reservation. We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

Large fenced in backyard with lots of amenities for you and your four legged friends. There is a large lanai with full bathroom that includes a shower area for your pets. You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. Huge, fenced yard with plenty of room to run, play, and potty. I have dogs myself but they will always be inside so you may hear them barking but that is it. I have no neighbors to the right or behind my yard so its almost 100% private. The grass is cut every other Friday, so depending on the week you visit, grass may be a bit longer.
