Fully fenced .45 acre - 2/3rds is mowed and the other 1/3 is natural. As you can see from the pictures, the field is far enough from the street and house, that you feel you have enough privacy to relax and enjoy the setting. Bring water for your dog, there's a water dish provided. There’s a wet/muddy area from creek overflow by the back corner fence line - so be sure to pack some dog towels. there might be some foot traffic on the bridge that’s many yards away. our driveway gate is by the sniffspot gate, so there might be a delivery driver/resident opening/closing the gate. parking is located by the entrance. the driveway is just before/after the bridge, turn left down the driveway. the parking area will comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles, bring no more than 3 vehicles - please do not block our driveway in case emergency vehicles/delivery vehicles need to access. thanks! Please pick up after your dog and don’t let them dig. Enjoy🐾

I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
