Fencing details: We are a hobby farm, and the sniffspot we offer is behind our home in a forested area with trails and a beautiful secluded meadow. We have no fenced areas at this time.

Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Enjoy having a park to yourself! Enjoy walking a variety of well marked trails through forested areas. Stop and play with your dog in our one acre meadow enclosed by trees.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD There is a small shed at the far end of our meadow that is falling apart. It is not safe to enter due to possible debris. There are small holes in one area of our meadow, where some trees have been removed. In the summer we have a small pond at the trail head. Be sure to keep your dogs leashed until you are on the trail. We have a mulch pile at the trail head. We have deer in the meadow sometimes, and it is possible to see any type of wild animal since we are a forest property I raise rabbits, chickens, and pigs. They are not near the trail but they might make noise that can be heard from the parking spot. If you leave the trails there is a risk of getting lost. Stay on the marked trails.

It is best to stay on the trails to avoid wandering into other properties or getting lost. We are fine with off leash dogs once you have left the yard site. Make sure to have fun!

Large cottonwood trees and a deck for the owner to sit in with patio chairs. Fully landscaped once summer comes. But ok for dogs to run free while the snow protects all my perennials. In the south end of the city and right off St. Mary’s Rd. Heated pail so dogs have fresh water while they run and enjoy themselves. Not a really tall fence but it prevents my Great Dane from leaving the yard. Back yard faces a dead end back lane. So very little traffic and very slow speed as the road is not paved back there.
