This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Mostly flat terrain for easy walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots,ground is uneven in areas. Clearing by the cabin and back trails are muddy after the rain. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private. Mostly audible distractions. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up in the tail. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) almost 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade- it is in almost full shade after 5pm in the summer months. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones. We also provide fresh spring water & treats! Feel free to pick blueberries on our four large bushes in August/September.
