Bring your furry companions to run, jump and play at the fenced in outdoor play space at the Sniff Spot at Fun Fur Pets in La Crosse. Located at 1404 Green Bay Street, this fun-filled spot offers a complete fenced in yard; sturdy plastic ramp and agility toys; waterspout for refreshing water for your furry friend (please bring your own bowl). Enjoy the sunshine with your pet and let them play in a secure spot today! The Sniff Spot play area is located in the BACK AREA of the building and is NOT the front play yard, as that is used by our boarding dogs daily. You'll go thru two gates to enter the space. Enter the first gate shutting it tightly behind you and then push the second gate forward. Please make sure that you close both gates tightly when you exit the space. Fully fenced back yard with mowed trails, long grass, stumps and a log wall to jump on, tug station, table and steps, a ladder and slide, and a tire tunnel. Various gardens (please try to stay out of the fenced ones). Feel free to move the logs and stumps if you’d like to! Some are usually set for jumps. The hose/water is now off for the winter. $10 for 60 minutes; 7.50 for 30 minutes (per dog) Coming soon/in progress: tire pyramid with different textures. Disclaimers: there is a compost pile in the back corner that has food chunks; it is fenced, but please be aware if your dog tries to get anything out, it is not guaranteed to be dog-safe/edible. The neighbors have dogs that will bark occasionally; there is a privacy fence so they are not visible. There are often kids playing across the street who are audible. There are some tarps on the ground to help kill weeds for next year’s planting of native gardens. Ok to run on.

Our yard had two large trees, five lilac bushes, three stumps and one smaller children’s playground. Please note we live in a somewhat busy street so we recommend unleashing once behind the house.

The front of the property is fenced with a horseshoe driveway. The rest of the yard is not fenced but plenty of area to run. There is woods in the back of the property with hitchhikers that will stick to your dogs fur. Doggy bags are are on the ledge by door if needed and extra dog bowl for water is on the porch as well. I have a 8 month old Goldendoodle who will most likely say hello to you through the door. She is very friendly but will not be outside while I’m at work or while your dog is here unless your dog needs a friend to show the ropes. Bring your dog and have some fun. Summer months a cooler will be outside with water as well as extra water for your dog.
