50 acres of juniper trees with rolling hills, wide, easy to navigate, named access trails with a map to help you find your way around, scenic views and plenty of thoughtful items to make your visit memorable! Seating areas, shaded spots, obstacle course, dog and people treats, and drinks for both pup and hooman….and lots of weird stuff to keep you guessing, solitude and tranquility….just to name a few. HOST NOTE

Rolling hills with some Rocky areas. Washes, ravines and flash flood areas. Always be aware of the forecasted weather and stay alert during sudden rainstorms. There is loose dirt and rocks, tree branches and limbs and uneven terrain. Wear comfortable shoes and Please watch your step! Wildlife of all kinds are possible at any time, including deer, coyotes, snakes, rabbits, mice and any number of creatures! Caution is advised. Just know that they’re more afraid of you than you are of them!

Please park in the cul-de-sac at the end of the street. Please look for no trespassing signs and yellow police tape close to the main house and avoid that area. Please no smoking on the property

I’m all about the dog and you….life gives us enough stressful things we have to deal with so bonding with your pup at my spot becomes the main focus. My spot enables you to de-stress, and when you leave, the both of you should be happy, tired and satisfied and ready to schedule your next visit!

We have a fully fenced yard, mostly grass. One side yard has pavers and the other has gravel and some garden boxes that are currently not in use. During the spring and summer the grass is green and full and we keep it cut. We have 2 dogs that use the yard but will be put away if someone uses our yard. We will remove all balls and other clutter before you come. Our dogs chewed up a stuffed animal so that is what that white fluffy stuff is, we will clean that all up before anyone comes. We plan on working on the yard a lot this spring.

Locked gate, but not fenced. Perennial creek that is shallow and not dangerous, but springfed and very cold. Water dogs love it! We are clearing a usable space and have DG going down over masticated debris (see photos). There's a camp host doing work there on occasion, so the pups must be okay with humans. LOTS of wildlife passes through here; so really fun for sniffing, splashing, and running.
