Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Fully fenced medium sized yard for dogs. Have a kiddie pool with a sprinkler for summer months. Lots of snow weather permitting. Dog toys available and balls available at all times. Gate is to be kept closed at all times, except when coming and going. Clean up after your dogs feces, and dispose of in bins outside of play area. No other pets will be outside during your visit.

Clean up after yourself and dogs. Bins provided outside of play area for waste. Always keep gate closed when not entering/exiting the property. Treat the property with respect and watching dogs is owners responsibility.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD A wonderful place for the zoomies. About 200 feet to run and run and run. Great place for nervous dogs because our neighbors do not have pets. Plenty of birds and squirrels. Several sitting areas. Under the porch you have protection from the rain. There is so many spots of shade from the many trees. A little spot of heaven in a beautiful city.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
