70 wonderful acres. Wildlife plentiful. Two creeks. Park has trails from UTV riding so no problem accessing. No UTVS will be present during your stay. Closed during hunting season. The dogs just love it. Dottie says so. Enjoy. WOOF. Please go to Elliott Ct. There’s signs. Take it to end of cul d sac. Take only gravel drive. Go through gate and park by cones. Turn down this beautiful, secluded, tree-lined drive and wind your way toward 36 acres of organic sniffing and running fields, rolling pastures, wooded acreage, spring-fed stream and stocked pond. You’ll pass a historic two-story red barn built in 1890, blooming apple trees, bee hives, horse stable (with horse and sheep), and guest house to this restored, historic 1890s house. Beautiful native trees and a historic stone smokehouse. Sky-blue chicken coop and free ranging (fenced in) chickens. Look out the east for a beautiful view of the nearby stream. Additional viewable structures include a corn shed, two line sheds, outhouse and grain bins. The entrance to this unique property is secured with an electronic gate.
