Well manicured and safe yard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep with the ability to be heated as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in either being heated, please select those in the ‘Extra’ options. Keep in mind that the pool takes approximately 1 hour to raise the temperature by 1 degree, please plan your visit a little later in the day if choosing that extra! 💜 Two humans included with dog reservation. We hope you and your pup enjoy our beautiful fully fenced, shaded backyard! Duke, chocolate lab, is happy to share his backyard with other furry friends. He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fenced backyard.

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter!
