Large fenced in backyard with lots of amenities for you and your four legged friends. There is a large lanai with full bathroom that includes a shower area for your pets. You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. There is a fire pit with some camping chairs and an outdoor table if you’d like to have a picnic. Any questions or requests please ask!

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
