You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and relax / sunset views for days here! * Barn to sit in for shade (bring chairs) * Short grass up front / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but farm fencing so great for larger dogs or dogs with good recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy alone ( The reason I do not leave chairs outside is that it does get very windy here sometimes since it is all flat fields)

Hi there! We have 4 acres to roam around, hangout and play on. Surrounded by crops on the outside of the fenced in area. I've made some updates as I learn more about this app. Only the farm area will be for use. It is separate from our direct home area by fence. So you have complete privacy from us at all times. * You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter just in case I've burned the pile for the day) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and relax / sunset views for days here! * Barn to sit in for shade & warmth (bring a chair) * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but cattle fencing so great for larger dogs or dogs with good recall only* I'm noticing past customers did not read the above, small dogs or dogs who run and don't come back would need a leash to be safe. I say this with complete love- I am a dog person and want you to have a nice, good experience here. * there is well water and a bowl available next to the barn * large dog rope toy on barn wall * I do suggest boots but there's days I go out in gym shoes and I'm fine. Please ask any questions you may have, I reply instantly 99% of the time. Thanks!

We just moved to the area, so we recommend that you only book us if you have dogs good with recall and off leash. 2.5 acres is a lot to chase a dog that doesn't recall. Additionally, we do have coyotes in the area so little dogs are not ideal. I'm told they are timid and fearful of humans, but it' not worth the risk. Please no diggers as we don't want to worry about them creating openings for coyotes. We do have some sitting water/pond in back. Water can collect in other divots in the ground (used to be a BMX bike track). Be careful with dogs that like to explore as they may want to dive in and it's not clean yet. We just moved in and the property may have other things to be concerned about but from what we can tell, our dogs love it and the only other thing we have found is one of those burs in their coat if they run along the fence on the side of the property (left side if you're looking t the train in back). We will continuously update this to be a very friendly dog space. More to come as the weather warms!! Parking: You may park on the outside or inside of the gate. The right side of the gate pushes open (it's on a wheel). We will be getting an automatic gate soon. You're welcome to pull in and drive straight to the back of the property and park anywhere except on the gravel/slab closest to house. (There are septic tanks under there). You can park on the grass. It will be easier to exit if you park in the back but you can also park out front of the garage! Please close gate behind you to ensure your dog is fully fenced in and coyotes are fenced out! Message with any questions! SOON we will have a dog friendly air bnb that will offer you access to indoor plumbing and snacks! :) You may sit by the shed that has the outdoor patio to relax. You can pull chairs around the side if you like for a better view of your pup. A fully furnished poop station, first aid kit, toys and treats can be found there along with sanitizer and water for humans.

Our farm lies on 16 acres in Bull Valley, Illinois. Although it is not fenced in, our property is doggy heaven for dogs trained to be off-leash. Come take a walk, bring a frisbee/ball, or just come let your dog sniff and explore. Please do not go into the land beyond the caution tape and signs. That is not part of our sniff spot. We have many farm animals on our property as well. Please be respectful of our property. We take pride in our farm and love sharing it, but we want to keep it beautiful. Entry in any of the barns/buildings is prohibited. Please remain in the back of our property. We do live on the property and appreciate our privacy. FYI, this is a working farm. Sometimes as you are pulling in, there might be cars/people in the barns and lot. Please keep that in mind as you are arriving and if your dog is reactive, bring a leash until you can get into the back field.

Take a dip in the creek! Beautiful secluded acreage with mature trees

Beautiful secluded property with a creek running through it. The backyard is about 1 acre with a big open field surrounded by large mature trees and a creek bordering the back side. Dogs must be trained not to run off as we do not have a fence. Old fence posts show the property lines. You can to take a dip in the creek with your dog to cool off on hot days. The water does flow so I wouldn't recommend it for really small dogs. The water is fairly shallow but can get high and flow fast after heavy rain. You will have to walk down a small hill to enter the creek. The weeds get high by the water but I have made 2 separate paths to enter the creek. Entering the creek is at your own risk. The creek is on the property line so the land across the creek is not part of the property so please do not go across the creek. If you do plan on going in the creek I recommend water shoes and a towel, it can get muddy by the water. And it can also get buggy, so you might want to bring bug spray as well. Feel free to move any of the chairs from the firepit to anywhere around the yard. Please clean up after your pup, garbage can is the green one by the garage. You can park on the left side of driveway by the RV and enter on the left side of the garage.
