Dog Park Rules and Regulations • Enter dog park at your own risk. • Owners are responsible for the actions/behaviors of their dogs at all times. • Dogs showing aggression, considered dangerous, or dogs in heat are prohibited. • For their safety, no children under 6 years old shall be allowed. • Children 6-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and be supervised at all times. • For the safety of your pets and other park patrons, please keep dogs off of seating areas. • Please refrain from bringing toys to the park, including small splash pools. • Please ensure the following: • Clean up after your dog(s). • Dogs must be leashed upon entering/exiting park. • Keep food, glass, and tobacco products out of the park. • Immediately fill any hole(s) dug by your dog(s). • Dogs are never left unattended. • Dogs are current on rabies/vaccinations. • Close and latch gate upon entering/exiting. • Owners may be asked to leash dog(s) while County maintenance/ contractors are present. • Pets must be out of park when mowing crews are present.

A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Alana's 5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dover
Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!
