We built our house not too long ago. Our dogs love the backyard, and I hope your dogs love it as much. They can run up and down the stairs if they want. I have the blinds closed upstairs when Sniff Spot is in session. You can also park along the sidewalk that leads to the gate. I have toys and fresh water. and water bottles in a cooler for the parents. I provide wipes and hand sanitizer as well. Lastly, some relaxing music with some comfy chairs........ We did get flooded on the first floor due to the hurricane, so we are getting back to being done, outside some minor construction work.

Completely fenced in. There is ample green space, pavers, and a shade garden with bench swing to relax and enjoy. We have a couple of bowls for water and a sitting area with disposable bags available. Feel free to use the hose to refill water bowls. It is located next to the gate door. If your pups enjoyed their time here, we’d love to hear about it! Announcement: as of May 18, we will no longer be an available spot due to getting ready to move. Unfortunately our home was flooded from Hurricane Helena so until further noticed we will be closed. We hope to be back soon! Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time.

Bring your doggos to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. Message me with any questions or concerns you may have! And I love to see pics of your pups having a good time out there 🐾 ❤️

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road.
