14 gorgeous grass acres with beautiful trees. Plenty of room to run or to work on dog obedience and skill training. Fully fenced separate from our smaller 1 acre field. Perfect for play dates with dog friends or just as a respite from the day to day stress and noise. Porta Potty, trash buckets, picnic tables and fresh water available. There will be irrigation lines in the field but we will try to keep them out of your way. During the summer the dogs can enjoy playing in the water sprays. **If you wish to book an event or large group gathering please message me for pricing. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun.
