Beautiful backyard and plenty of room to run. Tennis balls and dog water provided. Relax and enjoy the swing, the flowers and the sound of the trickling water features (in season).

Additional rules

You may park your car on the opposite side of the street since there is no parking allowed on our side.. Feel free to have a seat on the swing or at the table and chairs. Please do not use our trash bins for your trash. Please make sure dog droppings are picked up and disposed of in the small metal trash can with a lid. It will be next to the air conditioner unit next to the house in the backyard. Be sure BOTH gates are closed when you leave. No smoking on our property. Side note: our next door neighbor is deaf. I just don't want you to think he is ignoring you if you say hi to him. He's very nice. No sweat if your walks in the garden and explores. If you see your dog digging or breaking stems please encourage them to come out. Our dog loves walking and running through.

Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.
